1st Pick = Male Pick of the Litter Full Show/Breeding AKC Reg. for $1200

1st Pick = Female Pick of the Litter Full Show/Breeding AKC Reg. for $1200

2nd Pick = Male Pick of the Litter Limited Pet AKC Reg. for $1000

2nd Pick = Female Pick of the Litter Limited Pet AKC Reg. for $1000

These contract follow in the order they are received, paid in full at the time of signatures, and the puppy must be picked out no later then 1 week of age. Please Contact Us for more information reguarding these contracts!

This Applies to Puppies ONLY:

Each Puppy comes with a Puppy Toy, Collar, 1st Shot, Vet Check Up, Health Records, 1 Year Hip/Elbow Health Guarantee, Puppy Packet of Information, Deworming Schedule, 8 lb Bag Of Food, and Limited or Full AKC Puppy Papers.

Our main colors of puppies are Fawn, Silver Fawn, And Apricot.

If you are interested in a puppy for a wonderful family pet I recommend getting one with Limited AKC papers. My price for these puppies with Limited AKC papers are $800 cash. These puppies are sold on a spay or neutered contract. I only accept PayPal for the means of deposit if you are having the puppy shipped. Email or call with questions I have made other arrangements in the past depending on conditions.

If you want a puppy to breed or to show great, I would love to sell you one with Full AKC papers for $1000 cash. This means that you will get a puppy on a contract but with no limitations to spaying or neutering. I only accept PayPal for the means of deposit if you are having the puppy shipped. Email or call with questions I have made other arrangements in the past depending on conditions.

Silver Fawn puppies are price as we have them so if you are interested in a True Silver Fawn please let me know!

To hold the puppy of your choice is a non refundable $300 cash deposit. This deposit holds your puppy till 8 weeks of age (unless other arrangements are made). At 8 weeks of age the remaining cash payment is due at the time of pick up, delivery, or 10 days before shipment of the puppy. If any of this fails to happen the deposit is forfeited and depending on the situation and the discretion of the Breeder the deposit maybe applied to a puppy in a future litter.

I try to email updated pictures once a week to you of your baby until the day you pick them up or they are shipped out!

AIRLINES SHIPPING

Shipping is available please email me through the Contact Us Tab and let me know what Airport you are wanting the puppy shipped to and I can get you an estimated Quote!

Airlines shipping runs around $350-$400

There are a few things that will affect this

quote and change the price:

1. If the quote I give you is for the puppy being shipped Monday- Friday.

2. A puppy shipped out on Saturday or Sunday cost more if it has

to fly VIP/DASH.

3. If you are wanting to have your puppy shipped later then you

thought, example (Mastiffs grow very fast as puppies and

if you where thinking you would have your puppy shipped out

at 8 weeks then something came up and you have to wait 2

more weeks and it will be 10 weeks it will cost more because

they will weight more!)

4. When it comes to booking the flight and the puppy has more

then a 4hr wait at any of its flight changes the airlines will

charge a $75 kennel fee. I try to avoid these if at all possible

so the puppy doesn't have to have layovers!

GROUND SHIPPING

I also have ground shipping available if anyone is interested in this. Your puppy is picked up from me by an independent contactor and you will pay him his fee when he delivers your baby to you! I live in Iowa so if you live in the Eastern part of the USA he will pick up your Puppy around the 5th or 6th of the month from me and have it to you with in a few days. If you live in the Western part of the USA he will pick up your Puppy around the 14th or 15th from me and have it to you with in a few days. His rates are very comparable to the airlines but your puppy will have lots of TLC, food & water breaks, potty breaks, & Lots less Stress on the Puppy! He also runs specials where the airlines don't! And if I get a couple puppies delivered in the same area he will make you a deal, which the airlines will not!

If you choose to go with this Ground Shipping you have to have the puppy paid in full 5 days before the puppy is to be picked up from me or they will not be able to leave with the shipper.
