Every parent dog undergoes comprehensive genetic testing and health screenings, ensuring that our puppies come from a long lineage of six generations of health-tested parents and greats.

This thorough certification process ensures that our dogs meet the highest standards of physical health.
Beyond physical health screenings, we also conduct comprehensive DNA genetic testing on all our breeding adults. These tests are designed to clear our dogs of over 160 possible genetic disorders, including but not limited to Cystinuria, CMR1, DM, PRA, PRCD, and MCD. By prioritizing these advanced health checks, we strive to provide our customers with puppies that will enjoy a lifetime of wellness and vitality.

Puppy Availability, Registration, and Pricing
All Dowdy Farms puppies are offered as pets with Limited AKC Registration. The price of each puppy is determined by the parents of the litter and ranges from $3,500 to $5,500.
